KB888162 and Service Pack 2

I have installed Service Pack 2 because i have an icon that says I must.
After installing it my computer went completely blue... i finally have it
back up and running and discovered I already have SP2 on my computer, and
that i need to update KB888162... the automatic update says is it downloaded
and just needs to be installed... it goes through the entire install process
and then says it did NOT install. Any help would be appreciated!
