KB8886903 will not install -Failed in "history" doesn't respond

My computer has been trying to downloand and install KB886903 for days. I
have 14 failed messages in my "update history" If Iclick on icon for advice
nothing happens. It seems lots of people are having trouble with this
download. Has anyone at microsoft noticed? Does anyone know what is going
wrong? Does anyone know the solution?
