kb890830 keeps reappearing winxp

Running winxp on Dell laptop with automatic update turned on. Keep receiving
notice that kb890830 is ready for installation. After successful
installation, (actual acknowledgement from Windows) automatic update will
download kb890830 for installation again. Has norton anti-virus 2006.

TaurArian, Thank You for the information. I must take training from you on
what "key word" to use when I search for a solution. Problem is not fixed
yet but I will try to work on it today. Will keep you posted.
