I received the above message and I read on the website that I need to do a
Windows Update but I want to verify by fixing this that some other problems
that occurred will be fixed. My mouse (wireless) stopped working, my screen
icons got really big (should be 800x1600 but it changed) and color shoudl be
256 but it is 16bit. I tried changing the display settings but they wont
take. I noticed that recently some of my icons started looking funny (for
example an excel doc would take on a image icon). Most of this error started
happening because I had a printer jam that required I reboot - I thought it
was strange.
