KB891861 Problems

Hello.

After installing KB891861 (Windows 2000 SP4 Rollup) on 2 of my exchange
servers I have encountered some strange problems.

- Could not access network properties
- Could not add / remove new programms
- Could not remove the rollup

After I started in SAFE mode I could uninstall the patch and everything came
back to normal.
Any ideea ??
