KB892130 and everything after

I have spent most of today trying to download updates to my laptop, following
all the hints n tips etc, but to no avail, currently, 29 updates are failing!

On the WU Website, select your history of updates - now click on failed update
(red mark) and see if there is an error code.
If there is an error code, write it down and post back or in the alternative, do
a search for the error code.

Hi,
I have been having the same problem for over a week now. Did you ever figure
out how to install Genuine Advantage Validation Tool? It says it's necessary
to conifure and dowload updates, but the install alwasy fails.
