WU/MU or Download Center.)

The diagnostic site will determine whether the computer is correctly configured to allow
validation to be completed.

If a problem is found, the user will receive step-by-step instructions on how to resolve
the problem or how to receive more technical support.

Updates are not installed successfully from Windows Update, from Microsoft
Update, or by using Automatic Updates after you repair a Windows XP
installation:
