KB892843 unable to install

The KB892843 Outlook 2003 update can not be installed on my XP ver 2002
SP2 machine. It keeps trying and always end up with failure.
Does anybody know how to deal with it?

Please try the resolution listed in
http://vkbinternal/VKBWebService/Vie...B;EN-US;884298 this
may be an issue with the Local Installation Source (LIS) is in a corrupted
state.

I also have the same problem. When I click on the link from Eric's posting,
the page cannot be displayed. Other suggestions?

If you are successful then outlook doesn't connect to your server and you
cannot receive mails. I wouldn't do it if I were you. I did and even on
uninstall the downloaded file is still on computer and tries to reinstall at
every autoupdate and on exit. I can't find the dowloaded file in the hidden
files - can anyone help.
