KB892944 EIF's MSMQ Sink No Longer Getting Event Message

I have been using MSMQ as one of EventSinks for the EIF (Enterprise
Instrumentation Framework). It's been working beautifully for months and
just today realized it's not working. I did all scenario check and only came
to conclusion it's MSMQ not receiving messages that my custom Sink is
sending. No error message anywhere. Messages just disappeared as nothing
happened. Yes, EIF is working as usual since I get the event message to
other sinks, i.e. EventLog, TraceLog, and another custom sink I created that
sends in email. And this issue persists on 3 different boxes (that were all
working and no longer working) .

Only thing changed to the boxes is the application of KB892944. I am quite
sure this KB must have done something to all 3 boxes. ANY IDEA ANYONE?!!!
