KB900485 installed-times out server for postage

I had an auto install of update last night, then this morning when I tried to
print postage, it times out. Called Endicia, and was told someone else had
called with same problem. Connect to server times out. They rolled back and
all is fine.

I can't roll back because I installed IE7 this morning.
