KB902813 fails to install

I've attempted numerous times to install this update, but it continues to
fail. I follow the instructions for the error code i am receiving (0x80070643
) ... [finally figured out there has to be a SPACE after the equal sign in
the SC CONFIG command line], but still no luck.

At last, I have fixed my problem and gues what. It was a missing registry
entry caused by a Registry Cleaner.

Yep ... that did it. I have been using PC Registry Cleaner and will check to
see if it is the culprit here too.

The problem with PC Registry Cleaner with that one of the path subkeys (for
Office 2003 Resource Kit) was pointing to a file in the Windows temp
directory that of course had been deleted. Since the file did not exist, the
cleaner removed the entry.
