KB904018: Access 2002

Is anyone having problems installing this 'critical' update? I have tried
many times, the update downloads but seems to hang when the 'installing'
progress bar is at about 80% and eventually defaults to fail.

Any work around for this problem.

I get prompted for FP.MSI, which is non-existant anywhere on my system
or CD.
