KB905474 and KB929399

I am having trouble installing these two updates. I receive the following
message:
Problem: A problem on your computer is preventing updates from being
downloaded or installed

My update history shows that Problem: KB929399 has supposedly been installed
numerous times, but KB905474 doesn't register in the history at all.
