KB908531 will not install

WinXPro SP2.

AU offers to install KB908531 over and over and it fails every time.
I've tried to download and install it and it fails with a corrupted
file message. This is the link I use to download it

This patch is installed on two other XPPro SP2 computers on my home
LAN.

c:\windowsupdate.log has this:

AU # WARNING: Download failed, error = 0xD00E4104

Should I use this KB to fix this probem?
