KB908531/tab button missing on keyboard properties issues

afte installing april KB908531 security update i can no longer access the tab
button on keyboard properties because it's missing, Now i can't customize the
shortcut button for my HP Multimedia Keyboard.

Uninstalling KB908531 solve the issue but also make my computer vulnerable.

When can we expect another update revision or a new update that people can
download to fix this issue that I'm having. I've contacted HP but all the
things that they have provided did not work and I'm tired of
installing/uninstalling drivers/software.

I've Uninstalled KB908531, then Automatic Update installed it again today and
issue still occurs.

Do i have to download the revised version of KB908531 manually and install
it?
or will i get this update later on?

According to this, it is the revised update, but like I said keyboard issues
aren't included as a problem.

Does uninstalling the update fix your problem?
If you uninstall the update make sure you read the section titled "Workaround

You can uninstall KB908531, reboot, then change your keyboard buttons.
Once you reinstall the update, though, you will no longer be able to
change the buttons, although the changes you just made will work. This
isn't as bad as it seems as changing the keyboard buttons should only be
an occasional task. HP tech informs me that HP is aware of the problem
and expects to provide a solution, although he doesn't say when.

HP's original suggestion was to use system recovery, which would take my
computer back to its factory installed configuration. That's overkill,
and I suspect reinstalling the KB update would still kill the buttons tab.
