kb912812 repetitive install

I am using WSUS to push my updates out to Windows XP sp2 clients. I have
about 20 out of 300 clients that keeps installing kb912812 over and over.
The logs show that it was a succesful install but it keeps downloading and
installing again. I have tried uninstalling it and then having it install
from the microsoft update site but it still reinstalls again. Has anyone
else had this problem or know of a solution? Any help would be appreciated.

Does either the WindowsUpdate.log or the KB912812.log, both located in
%windir%, show any error codes ?
Suggest visit the Windows Update Troubleshooter via the link on the
Windows Update site for a possible clue once you locate any error code(s).
Or, post back with any error code(s) you locate in the logs.
