KB912919 and EFS Encryption

I change my network password this morning, logged in, and then I applied this
update. Rebooted, and now I cannot access my EFS encrypted files.

I've changed my network password many times before (once a week) without
losing access. I'm on WinXP SP 2.

Any way to regain access or are they lost?
