KB913446 Install error

I think everyone have the same problem we have to wait for the solution by
MS. I get the same error message also

I agree, four updates installed correctly, 913446 failed
repeatedly. Rebooted, deleted temp Internet files,
rebooted, still failed. Appears the download failed.

work around works
you can get it from here and get it installed.. just not
through the
automatic procedure..

Download the update from the below link, save it to your HD, and install it from there.

I have installed it successfully this way on over a dozen PC's today.

If, after a reboot, Windows Update informs you that this update is available, just click OK and
when it goes to download it, it finds it already installed and the notice disappears.

has anyone been able to rectify this problem?? i know how to uninstall it but
how do we reinstall it????
