KB913446 Red "X" in Status Field

After having the install fail how do you change the "Red X" in the staus
field to the "Green Check Mark" in the Review History window?

Why? The history isn't that important.
There is no need to do a fresh install. I have a couple of failed/cancelled
ones in my history. I'm certainly not going to do a fresh install because of
it. I would rather delete the history.
As long as the update is installed that's all that matters.

If you delete the contents of DataStore folder as mentioned in the link
means that you will lose all your WU history.

If you insist, please read the above link carefully.

Personally, I wouldn't bother for something so trivial but that's your call.
