KB913446 - Repaired

Just hit WindowsUpdate after researching the problem for a while. This time
it took and WindowsUpdate.log and KB913446.log show much different results.

Now I'll just go resynch all my WSUS installations. Will there be a revision
which will cause my WSUS servers to download the new version?

One more update which will, hopefully kill the wonder in my question. WSUS
manual resync detects 2 new releases, one for XP 32 bit and one for Win2k3
Server (32 bit). Once resynched, you'll need to approve the new ones and
decline the superceded releases.
