There are a total of 16 posts since 3/15 that refer to an issue
installing KB914798. Please define " lots of users ".
There are two posts that have a resolution for the installation issue:

Perhaps you should install SP2 ?

Click on Windows Update
Click on " Contact a Support Professional by Email, Online, or Phone "
