KB916281 HELP! will not load wants to restart

KB916281 will not load wants to restart.
The auto update did an update awhile back and ever since then the PC wants
to restart. When I turn on PC the auto update icon appers in the lower corner
and says there is updates to install, click on install and after a few in
comes up with Unable to Install, yet want to restart. Other times it wants to
restart right after turning the PC on, when I do restart it still want to
install an update and keeps coming back Unable to Install, This is a crazy
circle. The Unable to Install window has error0x8DDD0007.

Please disable all third-party anti-malware applications before attempting
to install 916281.

For instance, thehe are known incompatibilities between SpySweeper and this
updater.
