KB916521 Junk Update Office 2003 -A SOLUTION

Problem is destructin of registry keys CAUSED BY running MICROSOFT LIVE
SAFETY CENTER REGISTRY CLEANER!!
Restore them with a double click on the .reg backup file in C:\Documents and
Settings\<user>\Applicaion Data\Windows Live Safety Center\Backup.
Nice one, Microsoft.

Thanks Mark for figuring this out. Without your notes I wouldnt be able to
intall it.

I didn't use the microsoft registry cleaner, I used PConPoint. My updates
are constantly failing these days. In order to get the updates to load, I
found that I had to restore all of the backups from PConPoint. After doing
these, all updates installed without a problem. Thanks for this, it pointed
me in the right direction!
