KB919029 update installed but Office (Excel) does not work.

The problem this update was supposed to fix (I believe) has re-occurred in
that I can no longer run Excel. The installer initiates when I try to run
Excel but the installation fails as "A required installation file is missing:
SKU1E3.CAB"
