kb920813 - failure to install

I've now tried all of the steps identified in the discussion group including
a full re-intallation, the fiddling with the registry etc. Nothing works. Is
there anything coming to resolve this issue....or is there any way to
sideline the update? I'm using WLOC. No problems with the rest of my network
- the update only fails on one computer.

uninstall MS Office >>run regedit>>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE>>office>>dele te from registry "SOFTWARE" all that comes about MS Office. reinstall MS Office.
