KB921580 Outlook Junkmail filter update will not install

Hi,
As subject above. I can't validate my machine as it says

'The Windows Genuine Advantage Tool requires Internet access and is unable
to communicate with the Microsoft validation servers.'

No problem with my Internet access.

Any ideas please.

Now sorted. Just downloaded the .exe file and installed.

Have the same problem..... but not work with .exe file.... so what to do,
anyone ?

The install needs to find a hidden folder called MSOcache, which holds .cab
setup files from the Office disk. When it finds that, the update install no
problem. Please refer to http://www.theeldergeek.com/msocache_folder.htm
You will need the install CD to install the .exe file.
