I have the exact same problem with a similar setup, Windows XP SP 2 on a P4
(2Ghz) processor, 512 MB's of DDR2 RAM, and a NVIDIA
GeForce4 MX 400. I have absolutely no other programs/processes running other
than the default Windows XP services, Internet Explorer of course and that's
it. I have also tried to install this update without Internet Explorer
(Windows updates) by manually downloading just this update and running it
from the Desktop, same issue (it instantly crashes my PC causing it to
instantly reboot with a split second of blue screen).
