KB922582

I've tried installing KB922582 countless times through both automatic updates
and manually from the catalog. It just will not work.

This is apparently the update that fixes updates not working... how ironic.

Arg. Many people seem to be having this problem. I haven't found any
solutions. Is microsoft totally asleep on this?

The offline WindowsXP-KB922582-x86-ENU.exe update executable does NOT work
for me. My windows updating is completely *stuck* on the KB922582 update. I
don't think I'm the only one with this problem.

When is MS going to figure out what's going on here??
