KB922760 Problems with Active X and Internet Explorer

Update KB922760 was installed and now Active X does not seem to be working
properly. I am running Windows 2000 sp4. I have removed the update and
updated jscript, but I still cannot seem to get it working. Is anyone aware
of how to fix this issue?
