KB922770, error 0x663

Dear,
i got this error---->can't update. and can't remove the framework 2.0!
why?can someone solve it?
i don't want to re-install os.

Use the automated tool available on the above page or follow the manual
steps needed to remove .NET Framework 2.0
Then reinstall it and apply KB922770 -

Restart the system after uninstalling .NET 2.
Restart after installing it, too.
Then apply the update.
