KB922770 Net Framwork Update

Hi,

I could not get this to download and install at all, and so I looked at it
and it says 0KB and 0 minutes which means it has nothing in it, why did
microsoft put it there to begin with? It will not download or install the
update for net framework 2.0 KB922770. Whats going on with this? Anyone
with any ideas on this?
