KB922770 - This update cannot be installed

Hi,

I have this update available to install every day and every day I install it
! I checked on the microsoft support web site
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923100) but I cannot uninstall the framework
2.0 without uninstalling my software using this framework and I cannot do
that. I am still looking but any help would be very appreciated.

which you have stated you are reluctant to do.
