Delete ALL contents Download the update from here and SAVE it to the Desktop: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en Restart the system. Do NOT open ANY programs or browsers. I did exactly what you recommended, but the yellow shield still pops up and
tells me updates are ready to install. Each time it "updates successfully". Help! I too have been having this problem for days now. I wish MS would get on the
