KB923723 Stuck

This Security update keeps installing itself over and over again. Tried
uninstalling, but it keeps on installing and never goes away. How do I
correct this? Tks

I had a similar problem with another update. Here's what worked for me. I
did a system restore to a date prior to the first time the "stuck update"
appeared.( Look in your programs list) In my case that was about 2 weeks
prior. So when the computer reset, I had a lot of updating to do...security
updates, as well as my antivirus...and it took a little time but things are
working smoothly now. Can't be sure it will work for you, but something easy
enough to try. Good luck.
