KB924191 breaks MSXML3 on NT4

For those of you still struggling to support NT4 servers...

We've found that KB924191 (MS06-061: Vulnerabilities in Microsoft XML
Core Services could allow remote code execution) prevents us from
creating ServerXMLHTTP objects on NT4 sp6a with IE6

The call to CoCreateInstance returns error 80040111
(CLASS_E_CLASSNOTAVAILABLE).

I'll post again if/when I find a resolution...
