KB925876 Access is denied

I try install this update many times and always i got same error. I disable
my antivirus (BitDefender) program and all of its services but all for
nothing.
Install begins, creates restorepoint, coping files and when starts writing
registry keyes - all stops and popup says: Access is denied.
