Not enough server storage is available to process this command.

All was normal on network before update and reboot.

Hi John,

See if following the steps in the Resolution section of this MSKB article
helps you to resolve the problem:

Antivirus software may cause Event ID 2011
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=177078

The above "fix" has also worked for persons who do not have the two
referenced AV programs installed on their computers.
