You can go through ZA's settings and see what is blocking the update
from installing, totally disable ZA and enable the native Windows firewall for now, or, uninstall ZA. Or, post on their General forum: http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/board?board.id=gen MowGreen [MVP 2003-2008] =============== *-343-* FDNY Never Forgotten =============== Baby Face Lee wrote: > Can anyone advise me what to do next? > > Thanks guys, > > Lee > > "Baby Face Lee" wrote: > > >>I've got Zone Labs, Zone Alarm Pro (v7.0.302.000) >> >>"MowGreen [MVP]" wrote: >> >> >>>>6.140: ---- Old Information In The Registry ------ >>>>6.140: Source:C:\WINDOWS\system32\ZoneLabs\spyware.dat.zl bak >>> >>>Which Zone Labs product is installed ?
