KB925902 - Fix for RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal System DLL Relocation

I uninstalled KB925902, installed fix, then re-installed KB92502.

All okay (XP Media Center 2002)

There's no need to uninstall KB925902 in front of installing KB935448,

I also installed the hot fix for XP Media Center 2005 for the same error, all
works right for now
