can anyone at all tell me what on earth this means???

RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal System DLL Relocation

The system DLL user 32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will
not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL
C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for
Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a
new DLL.

this is what is appearing after my computer restarted after installing the
above update and i dont have a cloo what it means!! tried to get tech help
from microsoft but said i have to pay...even though it is after one fo their
updates!!

Certain third-party applications may not start, and you receive an error
message when you start the computer: "Illegal System DLL Relocation"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448/

Install the update from the link on the above page to resolve the issue.
