KB925902 not installed still getting error

hi, after having to reinstall windows several times, and having it crash with
the STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} the session manager initialization
system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000026c
(0x00000000 0x00000000) message, i found the soultion of blocking update
KB925902, great but istill get the same error message, what other update can
casue this error? i have read how to remove updates via the batch uninstall
for hotfixes, so if some 1 knows which other update does the same code please
let me know

running abit kn9s mobo
2gb corsair ram
sb audigiy2 zs s/c
amd x64 dual core cpu
