kb926255 wont install

can yuo help? downladed but wont install, tried several times, checked
knowledge base, im stuck!

Please download the update from here and save it, do NOT run it:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
Close the browser and any other open programs.
Now run WindowsXP-KB926255-x86-ENU.exe

If it still fails to install, open the KB926255.log located in the
WINDOWS directory [folder]. Scroll down towards the bottom for the
latest entry and copy&paste that section ONLY into your reply, please.
