KB928365 - Hundrets Event Log Errors after this update!

Well when I viewed the Event Log I found out that on July 11 the KB security
update 928365 was installed (Event: msiInstaller - as it looks like my
machine did not have any troubles installing this update).

However, exactly after some secs a new event started to raise every 10-30
secs ->

-----
Event Type: 4005
Event message: Forms authentication failed for the request. Reason: The
ticket supplied was invalid. "
Event time: 11.07.2007 21:55:38
Event time (UTC): 11.07.2007 19:55:38
Event ID: cbf39072e0074ef1a2c36db736d021da
Event sequence: 504
Event occurrence: 132
Event detail code: 50201
---

I know that this message is usually related to a timeout issue with multiple
web servers or auto generated machineKeys... but I have even entered a fixed
machineKey into the web.config so I really wonder what is going on there now?
This error immeadently appeared after the installation of this update and
since this time my event log is full of it... how can I fix this?

Kind regards,
Oliver

Oh what I forgot to mention:

Its a Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition with SP2. The web server seems to
run fine even with those appearing messages...
