kb928366 file size

Has anyone noticed that the file on the update site shows 0kb file size?? and
has this got something to do with it.
update shows it's installed it about a dozen times so far.

Download KB923866 from here and SAVE it:

Use Method 2

If this is the first attempt to install the update, then completely
disable the installed antivirus software from monitoring the system.
Consult the Help file of the AV or use the System Configuration Utility
to do so.

It merely means that the software has already been downloaded to your PC and
is now ready to install. However, I still cannot install the update
