As KB928366 is already installed, you can "hide" the update so it's not
offered to you again:
1. Click Start, point to All Programs, and then click either the Windows
Update or Microsoft Update shortcut there.
2. Once the initial software check completes, select the Custom scan option.
3. Once scan for updates completes, click to clear the check box that is
next to the update that you want to hide (i.e., KB928366).
4. Expand the same update that you want to hide, and then make sure the
"Don't show this update again" box is checked.
5. Click Review and install any critical updates that may be offered.
