KB928366 .NET Framework 1.1 Security Update keeps coming up in Upd

The update history for KB928366 shows a green check mark in the status
showing that this update was installed, but update keeps asking me to install
it. How can I get this to go away?

I am running Windows XP SP 3 on a Dell Laptop. This is a developer machine
with Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005 developer
editions.

KB928366 was released in July 2007. How is it that KB928366 is only being
offered to this WinXP SP3 machine now? Did you recently have occasion to
reinstall Windows? If so, why?
