KB929123 problems

Has anyone had problems updating KB929123 I had no problem with any of the
other windows updates except for this one which was failed with a ? mark
beside it
Running XP S2
click on ? mark and got error code 0x80080008

Make sure that Outlook Express is not open, then download and *save*
KB929123 from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
Close the browser and any other programs that are open.
Now run WindowsXP-KB929123-x86-ENU.exe
If it still fails to install, please post the contents of KB929123.log
that is located in the WINDOWS directory [folder].

Post the LAST TWO sections of the log, which will demarked by this :
