KB931125 Root Certificates

Ever since the most recent batch of updates, my XP Pro workstations keep
wanting to reinstall the September Root Certificates update. This behavior
is not happening on my Vista boxes.

I've searched around on the net for information on this issue, but haven't
had much luck.

We're running SBS2008 PremiumSP2, WSUS version 3.2.7600.226. The
workstations are XP Pro SP3. All other updates have been installing
correctly as scheduled. I suspect that this update was installed
successfully as well, but either hasn't recorded the 'is-installed' status
correctly, or the WSUS isn't looking in the right place to check the
'is-installed' setting.

I've tried installing the update through WSUS, direct from the MSUpdate
site, manually downloaded/installed it from the support KB article, and even
tried extracting the individual files and running it that way (though I
didn't have much luck on that attempt).

I erased my WindowsUpdate.log file and ran the update to get a new log file
with just the relevant info for this update - it's pasted below.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? In my searching, it looks
like this is a pretty widespread issue.
