KB931770 for Vista Home -- error!!!

I received the hotfix KB931770 thru Muicrosoft and when I attempt to install
it, I get the message "The update does not apply to your system." This blows
my mind. I have Vista Home Premium and when I requested this Hotfix, I
indicated I have this version. Why cannot I install this???

It could also mean that it is already installed.
Go to control panel, add/remove programs and check the box that says to show
the updates and see if it is already installed.

Did you ask for the 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) version?

I installed the x86 version. its not in add/remove as an already installed
update.
