I have a remote user that tried to install the DST update. Not sure exactly
what she did, but now her printer will not work. I have uinstalled the
update, and the printer and reinstalled both. When I go to reinstall the
printer, I get this box with this message:

The only option is ok. Anything we try to print gets stuck in the print que
and can't be deleted. The only way is the shut the system and the printer
down. The printer is a Dell 920. Does anybody know what this problem is?
